03Trust
Built to handle sensitive files responsibly.
The images you verify are often evidence, identity documents or unpublished material. Fileverity is designed so they stay yours.
01
How your files are handled
- 01 / 04
Encrypted in transit
All traffic to Fileverity uses TLS. Files go directly to the analysis service and are not exposed publicly.
- 02 / 04
Deleted after analysis
Uploaded files are processed and then deleted. We keep the file's hash and the analysis result so the report can be verified later.
- 03 / 04
Never used for training
Customer files are not used to train or tune detection models.
- 04 / 04
Licensed for commercial use
Every model, dataset and component in the analysis pipeline is used under terms that permit commercial service, and attributions are maintained.

Supporting your compliance work
Fileverity helps organizations verify incoming content and check AI labels. It does not by itself make an organization compliant with any law.
- EU AI Act, Article 50
- Transparency obligations for AI-generated and manipulated content apply from August 2, 2026. Fileverity detects synthetic and altered images and reads machine-readable markings.
- China GB 45438-2025
- China's mandatory labeling standard for AI-generated content has applied since September 1, 2025. Fileverity reads the implicit metadata labels it defines.
- California AI Transparency Act (SB 942)
- Covered generative AI providers must embed latent disclosures and offer detection tools. Fileverity reads provenance data such as C2PA manifests.
- PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25
- Fileverity is operated by Entogo Inc. in Toronto and follows Canadian privacy law, including Quebec's requirements for personal information.
- GDPR
- For customers in the European Union, a data processing agreement is available, and personal data is processed only on documented instructions.
- China PIPL
- When customers submit personal information about individuals in mainland China, Fileverity processes it under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), only on documented instructions and in line with its rules for cross-border transfers.
