These terms govern your use of fileverity.com and the Fileverity service, operated by Entogo Inc. By using the service you agree to these terms. Business customers may have a separate written agreement, which takes precedence where it differs.
The service
Fileverity analyzes files to assess whether they were generated by AI or manipulated, and provides results and reports. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
Nature of results
Results are probabilistic evidence produced by automated analysis. They are intended to support, not replace, human judgment. You are responsible for decisions you make using the results, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Reports describe the evidence examined and the findings. They are not a certification that a file is authentic or manipulated. Each report can be checked on its verification page at fileverity.com; a report changed after it was issued is not a Fileverity report.
Your content
You keep all rights to files you submit. You grant Entogo a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit each file and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, identify or track individuals, or overload the service. You may not reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract the models, methods or settings behind it; probe it systematically, for example by submitting series of altered images to learn what passes; use its results to train, test or build a competing product or model; or open several accounts to get around limits.
Accounts and fees
Free checks require an account. Each person may hold one account, and the number of free checks per account is limited as shown on the site. We may suspend accounts used to get around these limits.
Paid plans are billed as described in your order or plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Entogo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Toronto, Ontario have jurisdiction over disputes.
