When business customers submit files that contain personal data, Entogo processes that data on the customer's behalf. This page summarizes the commitments in our data processing agreement.
Roles
The customer is the controller of personal data contained in submitted files. Entogo acts as processor and processes that data only to provide the verification service and on the customer's documented instructions.
Security measures
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. Submitted files are deleted after analysis.
Sub-processors
Entogo uses infrastructure providers for hosting, content delivery and network security, including Vercel and Cloudflare. Customers are informed of changes to sub-processors.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or Quebec, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and transfer impact assessments are used.
Assistance and deletion
Entogo assists customers in responding to data subject requests, notifies them of personal data breaches without undue delay and deletes or returns data at the end of the service.
